Clients: Architects Benevolent Society and Unicorn Preservation Society
Working closely with the board and executive team at the Architects Benevolent Society, we conducted a comprehensive governance and welfare review and co-led a three-year transformation programme including widening eligibility for support and developing the charity’s first beneficiary involvement policy.
For the Unicorn Preservation Society, we undertook a governance review to help secure a sustainable future for the 200 year old wooden ship HMS Unicorn, docked at Dundee and providing a unique visitor attraction as well as education and skills opportunities for local people.

"Richard and Catherine provided us with expert guidance and personal support along a journey of improvement and cultural change. By bringing together operational staff, managers, trustees and volunteers they have shown us how we can work better together at setting direction, delivering our priorities and measuring the quality, effectiveness and impact of everything we do."
